After choosing the best product for your business you will also need to choose which type of license best suits you. There are two options:

                                  Option 1 - Perpetual License

                                  You can purchase the product outright. You pay a bit
                                  a bit more upfront for this option but you will own the
                                  product for as long as need it. You will not receive any
                                  upgrades or patches if you purchase it this way unless
                                  you purchase an upgrade.  

                                  Option 2 - Annual License

                                  You can purchase an annual license (subscription)
                                  to your QuickBooks product. Your upfront cost is
                                  kept low (great for cashflow) and you will receive all
                                  upgrades and patches that are released ensuring 
                                  your file is always compliant and you have access
                                  to all the latest features.
