How does our service benefit your Tax Agent firm?
Most Tax Agents dread receiving MYOB and QuickBooks accounting files from their clients, particularly when it is obvious they are in a huge mess. These files usually take an enormous amount of time to sort out and quite often this time cannot be billed on to the client as unfortunately it is usually the smaller clients with the smaller budgets that make the most mess. These clients can be quite costly to an Accounting Firm and certainly are not highly profitable.

We will provide you with a single emailed document that contains all of the reports and reconciliations that you need to produce accurate financials and your clientsTax Return. We will also provide you with an updated copy of their file.
The time it should then take you to produce the financials and the Tax Return will be kept to a bare minimum. A lot of Tax Agents are able to complete the whole process in just two or three hours.
And an added benefit could be that you may choose to use your saved time, to provide value added services to your clients that you have never previously had the time for.

When you add a K.I.S.AccountABILITY arm to your business:
YOU:
· You provide to your own clients the following services:

§ Payroll
§ Pre-tax Checking service
§ Pre-BAS Checking service
§ MYOB and QuickBooks consulting services
· This work can be performed anywhere in Australia.
· You do your own administration and phone answering. You will also do your own Client invoicing, Receivables management and Debt collection.
· You pay a low upfront fee and an annual training/admin services fee to K.I.S. Accounting Systems
WE:
· We will provide you with Training and Support for your Bookkeeping/consulting and Administrative staff:
o Training courses
o Phone and email support
o Initial setup support
· We will provide you with all the administrative tools you will need to run your new bookkeeping arm of your business including recruitment tools.
· We will provide you with instructions, checklists, templates, spreadsheets & support to run the K.I.S. Pre-Bas System Checks; Health Checks; and Pre-Tax System Checks. These provide you with additional revenue opportunities as well as the ability to reduce your costs and therefore increase your Net Profit from the Tax Return side of your business.
· We will give you permission to use our K.I.S. AccountABILITY Logo on your business cards and other advertising materials (subject to approval).
· We will provide you with marketing material to use.
· We will provide you with a bi-monthly newsletter that you can post or email to your clients that has your own logo as well as the K.I.S. AccountABILITY logo.
· We will provide you with Technical support
· We will provide you with updates, information and procedures.
· We may refer you work in your area for a once off referral fee.
· We will pay you Commissions for clients that you refer to us to use any services that you don’t provide yourself such as Classroom training.
· We will give you access to a private area of our website where you will find templates, instructions and answers to MYOB and QuickBooks questions.
